1. Immediately wash after heavy sweating. 2. Do not use chlorine bleach or strong enzymes. 3. Avoid hot water when washing rib or band areas to prevent deformation. 4. Dissolve detergent in water thoroughly before washing. 5. Separate light and dark clothing to prevent color bleeding. 6. Avoid soaking for extended periods or leaving wet items, as this can lead to discoloration. 7. Wash printed items inside out to prevent damage. 8. Zip or button clothing before washing. 9. Be cautious of burns from strong friction. 10. Keep attached white components away from small children and be aware of any embellishments that could be damaged upon impact. 11.
