Cekol Q1 Uni Universal Tile Adhesive allows you to install ceramic tiles in swimming pools, fountains, on balconies, and terraces. It can be used for gluing ceramic, porcelain, stone, glass, and mineral wool tiles, as well as polystyrene elements to concrete, brick, aerated concrete, expanded clay blocks, gypsum boards and blocks, plasterboards, and stable wood-based substrates.
Tile adhesive is a deformable, cement-based adhesive with improved technical parameters, reduced slip, and extended open time. The product is recommended for heated surfaces.

Substrate preparation
The substrate should be clean, compact, and free of grease. Any residue of emulsion or oil paints as well as loose sand grains should be removed with a putty knife or rough brush.
Execution
Application of the waterproofing layer . To achieve tightness, use CEKOL ZU-1 one-component sealing mortar or CEKOL ZU-2 two-component sealing mortar. Mortar preparation. Prepare the mortar by pouring 1 kg of powder to 0.23 – 0.25 l of water (4.6 – 5 l of water per 20 kg bag), and then mix thoroughly with a low-speed mixer until uniform. Wait approx. 3 minutes and mix thoroughly again. Mortar use-up time: approx. 3 hours.
Applying the adhesive. Apply the adhesive to the prepared substrate using a notched trowel. In the case of heated surfaces, turn off the heating before laying the tiles. Turn it on at least 7 days after laying the tiles. When laying highly absorbent tiles and stoneware tiles outdoors, apply a continuous layer of CEKOL Q-4 PLUS to both the substrate and the underside of the tiles, which will significantly increase adhesion. Apply a waterproofing layer in areas exposed to water ingress.

Store in dry rooms, in original packaging.
