Not the first balloon, and the same problem, it's the packaging! They fold it and from this there are creases that cannot be straightened under any press! Why can't such things be packaged simply by rolling them up (like paintings or stickers?)!!!

It's not clear how to inflate it. There's a stick and a ring. If you puncture the spot at the bottom of Santa, what do you plug it with? It's not a ring, but a ribbon, maybe tie it with that?
