How to use the product: Put 15ml of PerioBrite® Pulling Oil in a dosing cup, put it in your mouth, then gently rinse, pressing the oil between your teeth and around your mouth for 2-3 minutes. For better results, you can increase the time up to 15 minutes depending on your comfort level. Spit the oil into a trash can whenever possible, as the oil may coagulate in the drain pipe.
