[How to Use]
Dispense the appropriate amount onto the brush and thoroughly comb from the roots to the tips of the eyelashes.
After drying, you can layer it again as needed.
If you want distinct coloration, layer it after it dries.
If curling is needed, pinch once more with a curler after it's dried for enhanced curl retention.
