How to use: Arnicare Cream: After minor injuries, apply a thin layer of Arnicare Cream to the affected area and massage gently. Repeat application 3 times a day or as needed. If applying heat or cold, apply Arnicare Cream 5 minutes later. Arnica 30C Pellets: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day or as directed by a physician until symptoms improve. Turn the tube upside down. Twist the tube until 5 pellets come out. Open the cap and place the pellets under the tongue.
