Pharmadose® Pill Planner Ezy Dose® is a leading provider of innovative, easy-to-use medication management products.
This weekly Ezy Dose pill planner features an easy-fill tray with 28 compartments and 7 easy-slide lids. It features an optional lock to prevent spills and accidental opening. The clear plastic material allows you to easily identify your medications and vitamins. The dose planner displays the day and time of day. Each compartment has a rounded bottom for easy pill removal. A prescription information card is included to help you take the right dose at the right time.
How to Use
Wash with warm, soapy water before first use. Rinse and dry thoroughly before use.
Fill the included prescription information card with the appropriate information and place it upside down on the bottom of the tray so it's visible.
For weekly pills, press the tab and slide the side panel away from the device to remove the inner easy-fill tray and fill it. Remove the tray and place the appropriate pills in the appropriate compartments. The numbers on the bottom of the tray must match the numbers on the top of the pill planner, so ensure the trays are correctly positioned when reassembling.
To remove pills, press and hold the lock button and slide the lid outward to reveal the appropriate compartment.
Slide open all pill compartments, remove the locking bars.
Slide open all pill compartments, replace the locking bars, and replace the bars.
Switch the pill planner to unlock mode: Slide open all pill compartments, remove the locking bars.
Switch back to locked mode: Slide open all pill compartments, replace the locking bars, and replace the bars.
