History of the Fighter Prototype:
The Su-33 fighter is a single-seat, twin-engine, carrier-based fighter of the Soviet/Russian Navy. It is classified as an improved fourth-generation fighter. Developed based on the Su-27, the Su-33 inherited the Su-27 family's excellent aerodynamic layout, featuring folding wings, new lifting systems, and a landing hook, allowing the aircraft to achieve the flight characteristics required for landing while maintaining excellent combat performance. The Su-33 fighter jet, developed by the Soviet Sukhoi Design Bureau, is currently the main model for the Russian Navy's Kuznetsov aircraft carrier and the world's largest carrier-based fighter jet.
