Who is OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 suitable for?
OMNI-BIOTIC 6 supports gut health.
Gut health requires a healthy supply of beneficial gut bacteria.
Our gut bacteria perform the following vital functions:
- Forming a protective intestinal barrier
- Removing toxins and toxic substances
- Producing and digesting essential nutrients for our bodies
However, when imbalances occur due to stress, fast food, medications, etc.
This can easily lead to the proliferation of external bacteria, preventing the breakdown of toxic substances, poor digestion, and incomplete absorption of nutrients.
The gut is the engine of our lives. It not only digests food to fuel the body, but also influences many other processes within the body.
An imbalanced gut also affects the entire body. The gut is our largest point of contact with the outside world.
Whether healthy or toxic, everything we eat or drink travels through the mouth, esophagus, and stomach before reaching the intestines.
Over the course of a lifetime, the digestive system must process approximately 40 tons of food and 60,000 liters of fluid.
Trillions of diverse microorganisms, primarily located in the large intestine, ensure that vital nutrients and substances reach their destination.
Together, these gut bacteria form the intestinal flora, known technically as the gut microbiome.
Most harmful and unusable substances are excreted through the anus as feces.
Remaining toxic substances are passed through the small intestine into the body and then to the liver, where they are detoxified.
While this is the ideal digestive process, the way the intestines and liver function can be challenged presents a number of challenges. Poor nutritional habits (too much sugar and industrially processed foods), harmful environmental toxins, stress, fast food, and medications can all contribute to gut imbalances.
How to maintain a healthy gut:
- Maintain regular bowel movements without laxatives.
- Eat plenty of vegetables, rice, and potatoes, and less sugar and fat.
- Avoid preservatives in food.
- Drink two liters of fresh water daily.
- Get plenty of exercise in the fresh air.
- Learn how to compensate for stress and frenetic activity, both at work and in your free time.
- Consume a daily diet rich in active gut bacteria to compensate for losses caused by nutritional deficiencies and stress. - Avoid unnecessary medication.
