[Story (Contains four episodes)] Desariam's massive mobile fortress, the Grand Reverse, finally lands on the coast of the new capital. After conquering Earth, Desariam's Holy Leader Skulldart explains the 1,000-year history of the planet to the people, saying, "We are you." They are searching for the "Fragments of Iscandar" to change the Earth's future as it heads toward destruction.

Meanwhile, the crew of the former Yamato fleet reaches the Icarus Observatory, where the new Space Battleship Yamato awaits. However, Susumu Kodai, heartbroken after losing Yuki Mori, is in no condition to take command. He has no idea that his beloved Yuki is being cared for by Desariam's Lieutenant Commander Alphonse...
