Tire installation instructions and precautions:
1. The rolling direction of the tire is the mounting direction of the tire (some tires are indicated by an arrow, and the direction of the arrow is the rolling direction of the tire). First, clean the inside and outside of the tire to prevent the presence of gravel, impurities, and other foreign objects, and then install the tire according to the rolling direction.
2. After installation, check whether the bead (tire edge) is uniform and symmetrical, and the bead must be outside the bead at all points and parallel to the bead at all points, otherwise there will be shaking when driving.
3. Insert the tube evenly into the tire with only a small amount of air (less than 10%). Stack the carcass in an orderly manner and do not fold it inside the tire (inflating it while folded is likely to cause a puncture). Place the tube and tire together on the steel ring and check that the bottom tire is fully packed into the tire and that there are no small gaps between the tire and the steel ring. Then you can begin inflating the tube. This completes the installation.
