A special model that makes full use of CNC (computer numerical control) milling and craftsmanship! Completely different from the structure of a typical file where a chisel is hammered in to create a groove, the grooves are cut with a CNC milling cutter to create the file grooves. By scraping away the surface, the surface becomes extremely refined and excellent cutting ability is achieved. With conventional files, when a chisel is hammered in, the bottom of the groove becomes V-shaped as shown in the image above, making it difficult for shavings to escape and making the file more susceptible to clogging, but the grooves created by cutting with a CNC milling cutter have a rounded bottom and a wide groove.
