Description
BC05 Travel Alarm Clock
The "Reflex Controlled Travel Alarm Clock" was designed by Dietrich Lubs in 1995.
This relatively new design for BRAUN, introduced shortly before Dieter Rams left the company in 1997, was still in production more than 20 years ago.
The BC05's functionality and design have remained largely unchanged since its release, yet it still retains its freshness.
Its design is not just aesthetically pleasing, but also "designed for use as a tool."
Its shape and color scheme have been carefully considered, and it packs numerous functions into a small product, including a portable lid, world time chart, alarm, and backlight.
BRAUN clocks are rare in the red and green color scheme, making it a delightful piece of interior decor.
The BC05 is a compact, portable travel clock with a lid.
The inside of the folding lid features a world time chart, a useful aid for travel.
The crescendo beep alarm with snooze function gradually increases in volume until stopped, making it ideal for waking up.
