The main ingredient is highly absorbable -Setothiamine Hydrochloride Hydrate*-, which supports energy metabolism. This is combined with Vitamins B2, B6, and B12, as well as Nicotinamide, essential for smooth nerve and muscle function. It also contains natural-type Vitamin E -d-alpha-Tocopherol Succinate- to enhance peripheral blood circulation, and Aspartic Acid, an amino acid involved in energy metabolism.These ingredients help alleviate symptoms such as stiff shoulders, eye fatigue, and lower back pain, and are effective for supplementing vitamin B1 during physical fatigue.

Take the following dosage with water or warm water. Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet per dose, 3 times daily. Children under 15 years: Do not administer. [Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration] 1. Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions. 2. Swallow the tablets whole without chewing or crushing them.3. Do not take within about 1 hour before or after taking antacids or drinking milk.
