Adults (15 years and older): Take one bottle (30mL) per dose before meals or between meals. Shake well before use. Do not drink in one gulp; take while gargling.

Daily dose: 3 bottles (90 mL total) Contains: Kikyo-to extract solution...81 mL [Extracted from: Platycodon grandiflorum (Kikyo)...2 g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Kanzo/Licorice)...3 g] Contains the following additives: alcohol, parabens, flavoring, white sugar.
