This allergy-specific nasal medication contains loratadine, a second-generation antihistamine. It is less likely to cause drowsiness and is less likely to impair concentration, judgment, or work efficiency. Taking one tablet once daily provides long-lasting relief from runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing symptoms.

Take the following single dose once daily before bedtime with water or lukewarm water. -Adults (15 years and older)---1 tablet per dose -Under 15 years old---Do not administer -Important Notes on Dosage and Administration- (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) For seasonal allergic rhinitis symptoms like hay fever, start taking it early-either from the predicted pollen dispersal date or as soon as symptoms begin-for best effectiveness. (3) How to remove the tablet: Press firmly with your fingertip on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet to break the aluminum foil backing. Remove and take the tablet. (Swallowing it whole may cause unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)
Each tablet contains: Loratadine 10 mg
Precautions: - Do not take this medicine if you: -Have ever experienced allergic symptoms from this medicine or any of its ingredients -Are under 15 years of age - While taking this medicine, do not use any of the following medicines: Other allergy medicines (including skin disease medicines and oral nasal inflammation medicines),oral medications containing antihistamines (cold medicines, cough suppressants/expectorants, motion sickness medications, hypnotics/sedatives, etc.), erythromycin, cimetidine. - Do not drink alcohol after taking this medication. - Breastfeeding women should either avoid taking this medication or avoid breastfeeding while taking it.
