[Effective Dosage Instructions] Take with 1 to 2 glasses of water or lukewarm water before bedtime (or on an empty stomach). Taking with more water enhances effectiveness. Results may vary by individual.Begin with the minimum dose (3 tablets for adults) and adjust the dosage within the recommended range according to your symptoms. The tablets dissolve quickly in the mouth, making them easy to take for those who have difficulty swallowing or for the elderly. -For Those Prone to Constipation-1. Establishing a regular bowel movement routine is important. Aim to use the toilet at a set time each day for a consistent period. Also, go to the toilet when you feel the urge to defecate; do not hold it in.2. Aim to consume foods rich in fiber and plenty of fluids. (Examples: vegetables, fruits, konjac, agar, seaweed, etc.)
3. Strive to incorporate moderate exercise and abdominal massage.
4. Drinking cold water or milk upon waking in the early morning can help stimulate the urge to defecate.

Take the following dosage before bedtime (or on an empty stomach) with water or lukewarm water. However, start with the minimum dose for the first time, and gradually increase or decrease the dosage while monitoring bowel movement frequency and condition.Adults (15 years and older)---3 to 6 tablets per dose, once daily 11 years and older but under 15 years---2 to 4 tablets per dose, once daily 7 years and older but under 11 years---2 to 3 tablets per dose, once daily 5 years and older but under 7 years---1 to 2 tablets per dose, once daily Under 5 years---Do not administer. Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration> (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions. (2) When administering to children, ensure it is done under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. (3) The time until the effect appears varies among individuals; for some, the effect may appear in about 1 to 2 hours.
