Fjällräven is an outdoor brand that began in the small town of Övik in central Sweden, meaning "Arctic Fox." It was founded by a 14-year-old scout named Åka Nordin, who needed a backpack that would allow him to carry more gear comfortably, but the backpacks available at the time were quite uncomfortable.
