7 Tips for a Comfortable Sleep
1. Lifestyle Habits for a Comfortable Sleep
Regular exercise and a proper breakfast. Eat a light late-night snack.
2. Comfortable sleep keeps you energetic during the day.
Everyone has their own ideal sleep time; don't limit yourself to eight hours. Sleep time naturally decreases with age.
3. Create your own comfortable sleep.
Caffeine after dinner and drinking before bed are not recommended. Create an environment that blocks out unpleasant noise and light, and choose bedding that suits you.
4. Relax before bed
Find your own relaxation method, such as light reading, music, fragrance, or stretching. A lukewarm bath helps you fall asleep more easily.
5. Let in sunlight when you wake up to activate your internal clock.
Regular sleep habits are important.
6. Refresh yourself with a short nap to combat afternoon sleepiness.
Long naps are counterproductive, and naps in the evening negatively impact nighttime sleep.
7. Consult a specialist if you have a sleep disorder.
Sleep disorders can be a sign of physical or mental illness, so consult a specialist before self-diagnosing.
Understanding your sleep status and trends, and comparing them with your daily habits and physical condition can help you manage your health.
