Turn on the switch (@ base), cover the solar panel with your hand / paper to see if it will glow.
Q) Why the lamp still does not glow after dark?
Please check if there are other lights that's placed near this lamp. If the nearby lights are too bright, this will lead to the solar panel to not sense the darkness and hence will not work properly. Shld you wish to use the lamp in a bright space, you will need to cover the solar panel.
Q) Why do lights stop glowing at different time every night?
Solar panel absorb sunlight during the day and convert it into battery power to provide the energy for glowing at night. Hence the time of glowing at night will be affected by the intensity and time of daylight.
Q) How long can i use this item?
There is a built-in battery that can be reuse up to 300-400 times on a normal 10hrs full charge and usage.
Q) What should i pay attention to during use?
Remember to turn on the switch when using the first time (switch is at the base) and make sure lantern is expose to sunlight. For the longevity of the battery, do turn off the switch periodically when not in use and continue to place it under the sunlight.
