"Decrypt" is a team-based game in which each team's question setter must communicate a secret instruction code to their teammates without revealing it to the opposing team. They must come up with clues like "sitting upright" or "bath salts," and analyze the other team's clues to deduce the instruction code.

This is a fun game where teammates come up with clues that are as far as they can go while assuming their teammates' knowledge, and then consult with each other based on the information they've recorded on a sheet.
After considering the correspondence between the opposing team's number and keyword, a sudden flash of inspiration strikes: "Hey, maybe this means ____..." "Ah, that's it! Genius!!" The excitement builds. However, even if this breakthrough idea turns out to be wrong, players can find themselves lost in a maze of deduction. This game unfolds with the full use of adult vocabulary and abstract thinking.
The retro, analog computer-like components from before the advent of semiconductors are also appealing.
Highly recommended for adults as it's incredibly fun and can be enjoyed at length.
[Easy-to-play Japanese version]
All 440 keyword cards have been translated into Japanese, and those that were "unfamiliar to Japan" in the original French version have been replaced with similar keywords that are more familiar to Japanese players.
[New packaging]
A new version with black packaging will be available from 2023. This is a new version that has all new keywords from the version available since 2018, and has revised instructions to make it easier to understand. The card design is the same, so expansion sets can be mixed and matched.
