[STORY] Takeshi Hongo, who was transformed into Battaorg by SHOCKER, an organization that claims to "lead humanity to happiness," betrays the organization and goes on the run with Dr. Hiroshi Midorikawa and her daughter, Ruriko Midorikawa. Hongo is tormented by the fact that he killed a pursuing enemy with the power he gained from "prana." However, after Hiroshi Midorikawa is killed and Ruriko is entrusted to him on his deathbed, he decides to take on the role of Kamen Rider and fight against SHOCKER alongside Ruriko.
