★STORY Ryo Saeba, a City Hunter with the number one skill in the underworld, usually has an office in Shinjuku and takes on various requests with his partner, Kaori Makimura. One day, model Ai Shindo, who was attacked by someone, comes to him requesting a bodyguard. Ryo readily accepts the beautiful woman's request, but ends up peeking into her changing room at the photo studio and doing whatever he wants with his bulge fully exposed... Shinji Mikuni, the president of the IT company where Ai is a campaign model, is actually Kaori's childhood friend. Reunited with Kaori for the first time in a long time on the set, Mikuni invites her out on a date. However, Ryo is indifferent to Kaori and reveals his lewd side to Ai... Meanwhile, Umibozu and Miki receive information that mercenaries are gathering in Shinjuku. And for some reason, the mercenaries are targeting Ai... Saeko, investigating the enemy's true identity, faces a massive conspiracy! Vince Ingrad, a major arms dealer, is coming to Japan, along with the latest weapons. Ryo and Kaori are forced to cross paths with Mikuni's arrival. Will City Hunter be able to protect Ai and Shinjuku?
