The MONARCH series pursues wide, easy-to-see fields of view and contrast brought about by advanced optical performance. The M7 is a full-fledged all-round model with a refined, easy-to-grip design and a locking mechanism on the diopter adjustment ring.
Bright, Clear, and Wide Field of View: The 60.3° apparent field of view allows you to see the dynamic, immersive scene right before your eyes. All lenses and prisms are multi-layer coated. The auxiliary prism is coated with a high-reflection dielectric multi-layer film, and the roof prism is coated with a phase-correction coating, ensuring bright, natural colors and a clear view. This makes it ideal for bird watching, outdoor activities, watching sports, and stargazing.
Water- and oil-repellent coating: The objective and eyepiece lenses are coated to repel water and oily stains. Oils and fingerprints are less likely to adhere to the lenses, and even if they do, they can be easily wiped off.
High contrast and resolution thanks to ED (extra-low dispersion) glass: The ED (extra-low dispersion) glass corrects chromatic aberration, which causes color bleeding, while achieving high contrast and resolution, allowing you to observe even the finest details of wild birds.
[Sophisticated, easy-to-grip exterior design] The new MONARCH series has a stylishly redesigned exterior design. The lightweight body, made of glass-fiber reinforced polycarbonate resin, has an easy-to-grip shape that provides a comfortable grip, supporting comfortable observation.
[Diopter adjustment ring with locking mechanism] The diopter adjustment ring is equipped with a locking mechanism. This prevents the diopter adjustment ring from accidentally shifting during use or operation, ensuring comfortable use.
Waterproof and anti-fog construction filled with nitrogen gas: The waterproof construction is filled with nitrogen gas to prevent fogging inside the optical system. It is safe to use on snowy mountains, near water, or in fields where there are night dew or sudden changes in temperature and air pressure.
