Apply the new Poligrip Premium Plus Gum Care & Chewing Strength EX once a day on the denture. Start with a small amount to find the appropriate quantity. Avoid over-applying.
Rinse the mouth with water before inserting the denture.
Insert the denture into the mouth and lightly press for about a minute.

3. Before putting dentures in your mouth, rinse your mouth with water.
4. Put your dentures in your mouth and gently hold them for 1 minute.
