Sea to Summit is more than just a brand. It's a testament to a spirit of adventure, innovation, and unwavering determination. Roland Tyson's journey took him from bedroom to workshop, creating camping gear that enabled freedom and independence in any environment. With a dedication to integrity and a touch of Australian wit, Sea to Summit became known for its innovation and quality. After starting in the Australian outback, Roland's relentless pursuit of excellence led him to assemble adventurers on Himalayan expeditions, where he put his creations to the ultimate test. The Sea to Summit legacy was solidified with the addition of Penny Sanderson, another adventurer passionate about exploration and innovation. Traveling the globe, testing and refining gear, it has become synonymous with award-winning excellence. Today, Sea to Summit inspires us all to embrace adventure, forge our own paths, and take life seriously, all with a touch of humor. Sea to Summit offers a wide variety of outdoor gear for all kinds of adventures, including sleeping bags, sleeping mats, camping cookware, tableware, dry bags, backpacks, hiking daypacks, microfiber towels, and other portable camping accessories.
