● Development background of the low-carb series: Previously, for those needing carbohydrate restrictions, separate menus or flavor adjustments were necessary, which placed a burden on families. We wanted to create a dining experience where everyone can share the same delicious food. This led to the development of Hinode's Zero Sugar and Off series seasonings. Customers with family members needing low-carb diets, such as diabetics, have praised being able to eat the same meals together. This versatile zero-sugar soup base was born from customer feedback expressing a desire to drink it freely and use it generously as a dipping sauce.
