How to Use: Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: Immediately after towel-drying following swimming or sweating for 80 minutes, at least every 2 hours. Sun Protection: Regularly use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher. Other sun protection methods include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses. Infants under 6 months: Consult a doctor.
