Step 1: Prep the Silhouette Frame
Take out the pre-cut outline panels (such as the rabbit, moon, or cat shapes) from the protective card packaging.
Step 2: Apply the Fabric Covering
Layer a small amount of craft glue onto the frame border, then stretch the printed brocade film evenly across the window cutouts.
Step 3: Lay the Internal LED Strip
Unravel the warm mini string light module and secure it neatly around the interior edges of the shaped frame.
Step 4: Seal the Double Sided Structure
Align the matching front and back silhouette sheets together, snapping them shut to enclose the inner light source.
Step 5: Suspend the Tassel and Bell
Thread the metallic wind chime bell and the long silky tassel onto the bottom cord, tying it firmly to the base loop.
Step 6: Finish with the Carrying Pole
Secure the top suspension string onto the wooden rod handle to complete your handheld light-up musical lantern.
