After cleansing, prepare the skin with toner or a toner pad. Unfold the upper section and align its center with the nose. Smooth the sheet outward so that it covers both cheeks. Wrap each side of the lower section around the chin and jawline. Leave the mask on for approximately 5–10 minutes. Remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin.
