[How to Use]
In the morning and evening during your skincare routine, lightly brush the serum with a slim C-curl brush from the tips of your eyelashes.
Use the ball tip at the end of the brush to apply to the roots of your eyelashes and under lashes.
If using before makeup, allow the serum to dry completely before proceeding.
