Distar Diamond Disc Edge Dry 125 x 1.6 x 25 x 22.23mm

45° is easy! Cutting ceramic tiles at a 45-degree angle – chamfering is the most common operation in finishing work. Many craftsmen do it by hand using an angle grinder. The advantages of Edge Dry include sufficient body rigidity, yet soft cutting, and, above all, the ability to grind edges.

The wide, double-sided, 25mm-high diamond backing reinforces the body, providing rigidity, while the diamond bond with a honeycomb pattern makes cutting soft and highly efficient. The large area creates a support effect, guiding the disc in a precise straight line.

Additionally, you can grind the edge of the tile. With this disc, chamfering at 45° becomes a real pleasure! The disc is available in outer diameters of 115 and 125 mm, with a 22.2 mm mounting hole. For use on uncooled angle grinders.
