Tesa 60650 Conductive Aluminum Tape 50 µm, 50 × 50 , Without Liner

Tesa 60650 Aluminum Tape – 50 µm, 50 m × 50 mm, silver gray, without liner is a universal aluminum tape with a 50 µm aluminum foil backing and a transparent acrylic adhesive. It conforms very well to surfaces, provides a barrier against moisture, gases and vapors, and effectively reflects heat and light – ideal for HVAC, insulation, and service applications.

Advantages and unique features

• High conformability and mechanical resistance – works on curves and joints

• Easy unwinding, clean application without liner

• Barrier against moisture, gases and vapors; good aging resistance

• Electrical and thermal conductivity; reflective surface reflects heat and light

• Fire class DIN 4102 B1; Compliance with UL 510A requirements

• Hand tearable – quick work in the field

• For permanent applications (the product is not "easily removable")

Properties and applications

• HVAC / insulation: connecting and sealing insulation jackets, ducts and pipes

• Refrigeration / household appliances: mounting coils in refrigerators

• Conductivity: making electrically and thermally conductive connections and substrates

• Thermal screens: reflecting thermal radiation and protecting components from overheating
