A "close-up lens" allows you to get closer to your subject and take photos simply by attaching it to the front of the lens. You can take close-up shots without a macro lens. *When a close-up lens is attached, you will not be able to focus on anything other than close objects. Since the shutter speed does not slow down when attached, close-up photography is possible while maintaining the lens's brightness. By stacking close-up lenses, even higher magnification photography is possible. The lenses are multi-coated on both sides to reduce reflections.
