- Hesperidin is a powerful antioxidant that stimulates blood circulation, making products with this asset very effective in treating congestion.: dull skin, dark circles under the eyes, puffy/edematous skin, rosacea/rosacea. In other words, hesperdin solves skin problems associated with poor microcirculation.
