The stone is natural, no doubt about it. The different arrangement of holes in the beads spoils the impression a little. Because of this, the threads are not even, and when making a bracelet, sorting and spacer beads will be necessary.
I don't know for sure if these are sapphires or blue tourmaline, but it looks quite impressive and is most likely one of the natural stones.
