Haven't installed it yet, continuing the review. The pad is not bad, I'm not such a master to judge, but it suits me and spins and hits. It's pleasant to play

Average rubber, but sticky, suitable for a beginner, average ball bounce

We contacted support, they sorted it out quickly. Thanks to everyone.
