Colour is a pretty good match to what is shown, an interesting packaging compared to other lip tints I've tried (the applicator is in the middle and product is a solid balm around the edges). comfortable lip product, doesn't dry out my dry lips and is lightly hydrating too.

Being a very good customer at Joom and having only had a few minor issues since I started ordering from them, I am, to this day, extremely disappointed with their customer service. There is a package (containing many products, including this one) that I had ordered which was marked as "received" on April 9th, when in fact I have NEVER RECEIVED it. I, who check my mailbox every day, and who have not had this type of problem with the other orders I had placed.. I even asked my neighbors to be sure it wasn't given to one of them, but nothing: no one picked up a package for me. I don't know what happened with this package, but it's not my place to pay the consequences (I paid to receive this order which I ultimately never received) and I therefore wish to obtain a refund please because this is not normal at all. I shouldn't have to pay for the unprofessionalism of the person who never delivered my package. Even though I explained the situation to Joom customer service and made a refund request, they did not grant it to me. I find that unacceptable. (I will change my mind if Joom or the sellers refund me in the coming days, but for now, following this bad experience, I do not recommend you to order on this app, nor to this customer (The customer is probably not to blame, but if I do not express my opinion, then I leave the possibility for other people to be scammed and that is not in my principles)).

Flirty, discreet and with a very pretty color

It's just incredible! So easy to use and the quality is excellent... but there's one thing... the palette doesn't quite match reality! So I ordered a few more, maybe I'll guess the right shade.

The color is bright and saturated, but of course, to achieve the effect as in the picture, you need to apply it well and apply something transparent on top. And so, thank you for the product?

It's very convenient that the applicator is always at hand. The color is bright, the consistency is soft, almost creamy. The first time I scooped, I really scooped 😅

This is my second one... the quality is excellent, but the colors are a problem. They are just brown - that's all. I highly recommend this color to anyone who likes it.
