How to Use

Because the film sticks to the skin when wet, always handle with dry hands. After opening the pillowcase, use immediately. 1. With dry hands, peel the light blue film for the upper teeth from the transparent sheet. *The ingredients are on the side that is stuck to the transparent sheet. 2. Apply to the front of the teeth. *Fold it over to the back of the teeth. Apply the peeled side to the front of your upper teeth, and fold the remaining part over to the back of your teeth. 3. Apply to the lower teeth, repeating steps 1 and 2. 4. Close your mouth and wait for the film to settle (approximat.. 10 minutes). 5. To finish, brush your teeth with the settled film and rinse.
