Product Usage: Adults Recommended Dosage: We recommend starting with 1/2 teaspoon (1 gram) of Natural Vitality Calm® Mind Powder and gradually increasing to 1 1/2 teaspoons (3 grams) per day. Place desired amount of powder in a cup or mug, add 2 to 3 ounces of warm water and allow to fizz. Stir the drink until the powder is completely dissolved, then fill the cup with warm or cold water. Pour Wait for it to carbonate. Do not mix.
