Hello JOOM Already on 08.11.2025, i.e. in good time, I sent you a complaint regarding the delivery of my order by email. Instead of the ordered and confirmed 3 pcs. EU plug 5V 2A Single USB Universal Mobile Phone Chargers / Travel Power Adapters, I received ones with an output of 5V, but only with 1A, which are useless to me. I asked you for the correct goods or a refund (Total CHF 21.60). I haven't received any response or money from you yet. How should I understand this? You're not a fake shop, are you?? Today (August 30, 2026) it has already been 10 months and no response from you. I believe that you are a fake shop.
