Summer Lace Underarm Shoulder Tote Bag for Women, Large Capacity Casual Vacation Woven Beach Bag

I am not at all happy with the service from your company, which is supposed to respect its customers. I have been a loyal customer of Joom for a long time, and this is not the first time I feel mistreated by your service. I have never heard of any reputable company in the world telling its customers they must pay for returning goods purchased from them. In any case, I will delete this app forever, and I will advise all my friends and on all social media platforms not to even consider using your app, which is not good at all. There are much better websites and apps that respect their customers, such as Temu and AliExpress, among others. Thank you.

Good item, unfortunately mine arrived snapped in half and was refunded. However, I kept it and taped it together and it holds well. I can see it being excellent if it arrives in one piece.

Ngl yeah.... the box was ruined but the shoes is peng.... and I also got it early ... I will buy more from you soon

Material and idea are good, but do not hold form nicely, the biggest is a bit small for 95B.

As described good quality very comfortable on time shipping and delivery Good service

I need to return the item coz it didn't fit but they are unhelpful with that at all.
