Directions
For your first dose, take 1/2 lozenge by mouth and allow to dissolve slowly. If additional supplementation is needed, increase to 1 lozenge. Take as needed. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Take as directed by a healthcare professional.
