The quality of the article is good according to the facts. However, the packaging was unsuitable for transport. Ordered were 2 foot baths. However, these were each packed only in a plastic bag, then placed next to each other and wrapped with plastic film.. Any pressure on the sides could therefore lead to impression damage to the material. The shipping would (also) have been more stable if the foot tubs had been placed inside each other. The complaint was processed immediately.
