Directions: Cooling Shampoo: Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply an appropriate amount evenly to hair and scalp, massage, and rinse thoroughly with water.
Cooling Spray: Shake well about 5 times before use. Spray evenly onto scalp from a distance of 20cm and gently massage with fingertips until absorbed. Use as often as needed to feel heat or soothe scalp.
