How to Use / Directions Apply generously and evenly to all exposed skin 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, or immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Use daily for effective sun protection, even on cloudy days or when indoors near windows.
