When you massage or stretch with the Infi Squeezer, the two wheels of the squeezer squeeze your muscles together, releasing them to release muscle stiffness and promote blood circulation. Place it on the stiff area and rotate it back and forth 20 to 30 times while applying light pressure. Roll the handle while applying pressure in the direction of the logo.
