Non-stick! This yakiniku grill features a marble diamond coating.
It retains heat well and allows excess oil to drain into the oil pan below.
The marble diamond coating has four inner layers: top coat, marble coat, mid coat, and primer coat (containing diamond particles).
It has passed the abrasion resistance test 1 million times! *Complies with JIS S 2010 (according to the paint manufacturer).
The grill plate and body are removable for easy cleaning.
The body is enameled! It resists oil buildup and is easy to clean.
How to Use
- Fill the oil pan 50-60% with water before use. This reduces oil buildup and makes cleaning easier. (Do not use when the pan is full.)
- Make sure the water in the oil pan does not run out during use.
- Apply a thin layer of oil to the plate and warm it slightly before placing ingredients on it.
- Use the included hook handle to handle the grill plate. (When using the hook handle, be careful not to drop the plate.)
- Filling the pan with water reduces excess oil buildup in the oil pan, making it easy to rinse off after use.
How to Use the Hook Handle
Insert the hook part of the handle into the oil drain hole on the grill plate and lift it up.
Caution: For use with tabletop portable stoves only. Cannot be used with gas stoves or induction cooktops with Si sensors.
Do not use in soaking or in the dishwasher.
