The TWISTGRIP, which boasted impressive grip for a spikeless outsole since the original model, has been significantly improved, offering 38% more grip than the previous model. The upper features a new warp knit material. While retaining the benefits of knit materials, such as softly enveloping the foot and providing high comfort, the special knit structure reduces stretch compared to conventional knit materials, significantly improving swing stability. Furthermore, the two-layer structure, which covers the surface with PU film, further reduces stretch while providing high water resistance. The full-length BOOST has been improved with a more three-dimensional shape, and is softer in areas where cushioning is needed than the previous model, while providing more stability in areas where moderate firmness and rebound are needed, such as during swings. To further enhance the performance of the new BOOST shape, the control wraps that cover both sides of the outsole and midsole have been added in eight locations, supporting lateral movement while controlling excessive compression of the BOOST in the right places.
