Product Description: Contains niacinamide (5%) and vitamin C derivatives, which have excellent whitening and skin brightening effects, to brighten dull skin. Additionally, sodium hyaluronate, which has excellent moisturizing properties, provides moisture and elasticity to keep tired skin healthy.

How to use the product: After cleansing the skin, apply toner using a cotton pad and wipe the face/neck. Gently pat into skin for optimal absorption.

Ingredients: Purified water, dipropylene glycol, niacinamide (5%), PEG-32, phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, hydroxyethylcellulose, disodium EDTA, allantoin, PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, Panthenol, alcohol, butylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, lemon (Citrus limon) fruit extract, Caprylyl glycol, pentylene glycol, bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris) extract, madecassoside, 1,2-hexanediol.
